Our Mission
YOUTH AGING OUT OF FOSTER CARE can be confronted with challenges that they never expected and are not prepared to address. They lack the life and social skills that are essential to navigate daily living, let alone prepare for a future where they will be self-sufficient and valued neighbors. As a result, many of them become homeless.
SUNRISE LOFTS will be a place where these youth find secure housing and are surrounded by services that will help them develop the capacity to lead independent, productive, and fulfilling lives.
